Universal Hearing Aid Repair Service

If you have a problem with your hearing aid or would like to service your hearing aids, and you happen to be out of warranty with the manufacturer, we can help you! At London Ear Lab we are able to repair any make or model of hearing aid, helping you to maintain your hearing aids for a longer life span and avoid purchasing new hearing aids. We have access to all hearing aid parts and accessories, and our standard hearing aid repair service includes a 6-month warranty for any hearing aid part breakdown for peace of mind.

Our hearing aid repair service is efficient and cost effective (particularly when compared to the cost of buying new hearing aids). We strive to fix and return your hearing aids within 10 working days from point of receipt, and aim to keep you without your hearing aids for the shortest possible time. London Ear Lab operates a fixed fee repair service for all standard repairs. If your hearing aids require any additional work our customer services team will always keep you updated to confirm the costs.

6-Month Warranty

Our standard repair work comes with a 6-month warranty against component failure; excluding amplifiers, case and RIC units (unless the amplifier, case or RIC was repaired/replaced as part of your original repair), to give you complete peace of mind.
The warranty doesn't cover damage due to; improper handling, accident, unauthorised repair, changes to ear physiology, fair wear and tear, solvents and aural secretions, loss or theft of the device, growth or the need for a new earmould, case, amplifier or RIC (unless the amplifier, case or RIC was repaired/replaced as part of your original repair).
There is no warranty on our inspection, clean and service.

How to send your hearing aids to us:

1. Print out and complete our LEL Hearing Aid Repair Form. This is required even if you have bought your repair through our online store.

2. To ensure safe delivery and avoid damage in the post, wrap your hearing aid up in bubble wrap or something similar and then package it up so it sits tightly within a solid box or container. Remember to insert your repair form before sealing your parcel.

3. Post your hearing aid to us by Royal Mail Recorded or Special Delivery to:

What happens next?

Once we have received your hearing aid our technical team will inspect it to see what repairs need to be carried out. We will then contact you to confirm the price of any repair work, as the cost of your hearing aid repair may be higher than our standard repair charge of £150 if parts need to be replaced. We wont proceed with any work until you have given us the go ahead. If you decide against a repair, we will apply the inspection, clean and service fee of £50 and return your aid back to you.
